Raised as a military brat, Christina grew up understanding that service doesn’t just wear a uniform—it lives in the quiet moments of moving, waiting, supporting, and holding things together when others are away. After her father retired from the U.S. Navy, her family settled in Mississippi, where she later graduated from Brandon High School and put down roots of her own. Having walked alongside deployments and the realities that come with them, she carries a deep respect for military families and the unseen strength it takes to support those who serve.

Professionally, Christina works as a recruiter with Capitol Staffing, where she thrives on connecting people with opportunities and helping others take their next step forward—values that align naturally with the mission of 5th Squad. She proudly stands behind her husband, Stephen, and the work he pours into the organization, believing wholeheartedly that supporting the people you love also means supporting the causes they care about. Outside of work and service, Christina is the heart of a beautifully busy family—mom to Benjamin, Jace, and Presley, future mother-in-law to Jacee, and proud “CiCi” to Daxton Wade. When she’s not advocating for veterans or community outreach, you’ll likely find her outdoors enjoying nature, picking flowers, fishing, or embracing her love for humor-laced kitchenware, delightfully inappropriate cookbooks, and coffee mugs that probably shouldn’t be used in polite company.
