Meet Our Team
5th Squad is built on a national foundation with empowered local chapters that respond to the real needs of veterans in their states. At the national level, we provide vision, support, and coordination so that each chapter can act with purpose and autonomy. In Mississippi — where 5th Squad began in 2016 — we’ve grown from a military brotherhood into a full 501(c)(3), guided by a dedicated board committed to service, unity, and impact. In 2024, we launched the Tennessee chapter to extend our mission and better serve veterans in that state, and we are actively recruiting new veteran leaders there.
