"Hernandez"

After graduating high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve at the age of 17, proudly serving six years with 1/23 Alpha Company. He spent the last 2½ years of his service as a squad leader, where he was entrusted with the responsibility of leading and mentoring Marines — a role that deepened his appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and camaraderie. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Corporal (CPL).

The values instilled in him through the Marine Corps — loyalty, integrity, and selfless service — have stayed with him and continue to shape how he lives and leads. He has carried those principles into his civilian career, where he has earned multiple Bravo Zulu awards and promotions, driven by a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and leadership.

Just as he valued the brotherhood and unity in the Marines, he carries that same sense of connection and teamwork into both his professional and personal life. He believes in lifting others up, working toward common goals, and never backing down from a challenge — qualities that have allowed him to thrive in high-pressure environments and build lasting relationships.

He currently resides in Mississippi with his wife, Joanna Hernandez, and their two daughters, Grace and Everly. Family is the foundation of everything he does. The love, support, and unity they share remind him daily of the importance of strong values and the kind of legacy he wants to leave behind — one built on honor, hard work, and the belief that no one succeeds alone.
