I grew up in Madison, Mississippi, where I developed a strong love of tennis. I played in tournaments nationally and for my high school. This gave me experiences that taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. Those lessons carried with me as I went on to play college tennis, where I continued to challenge myself both on and off the court.

In 2014, I began the next chapter of my journey by attending Louisiana State University Shreveport for physical therapy. With a background in athletics, I was drawn to the field because it allowed me to combine my passion for sports with a desire to help others improve their quality of life through movement and recovery. In 2018, I graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy.

Today, I still play tennis and compete nationally, but my greatest joy is my family. I’m the proud mother of our daughter, Carson, with our son, Grant, arriving in April, and our fur baby, Gunner, who keeps life entertaining. I’m also grateful to be part of the 5th Squad family alongside my husband, Mike, the co-founder—supporting a community built on connection, loyalty, and a whole lot of fun while serving our veterans and those who have served our country.
