Tiffany Holman Stringer is a dedicated professional who has made significant contributions to the support and advocacy of military Veterans. Born and raised in Brandon, Mississippi, she graduated from Brandon High School in 2003. Tiffany's close-knit family, including her parents, sister, and four delightful nieces and nephews, still reside in Brandon, providing her with a strong foundation and support system.

Tiffany's journey towards her current role began with her passion for sports. She played soccer at Meridian Community College and Hinds Community College, gaining valuable experiences and skills. In 2008, she decided to pursue her education further and enrolled at Belhaven University, where she earned her Paralegal License. This marked the beginning of her career in the legal field, which spanned an impressive 15 years.

Despite her extensive legal background, Tiffany's path took a new and meaningful direction when she crossed paths with Lee, a Veteran. Prior to this encounter, her knowledge of the military was limited to what she had seen in television and movies. However, this meeting opened her eyes to the challenges faced by Veterans and the lack of available support.

In October 2022, Tiffany married her best friend, Lee, who founded 5th Squad and has been the President since the beginning of the organization in 2016. This union brought three wonderful bonus children into her life: Josie Kate, 6, Deacon, 14, and Asher, 16, along with a charming fur baby named Hank.

Tiffany's dedication to serving Veterans led her to join 5th Squad in January 2023 as the first employee. Since then, she has wholeheartedly committed herself to their mission. Her work is not just a job; it is a calling that allows her to make a positive impact on the lives of Veterans. Tiffany finds it difficult not to become emotionally involved with their stories, highlighting the depth of her compassion and commitment.

One of Tiffany's greatest joys is attending events related to the military, where she has the opportunity to connect with remarkable individuals who share her passion for supporting Veterans. Her journey from a legal career to becoming an advocate for Veterans is a testament to her unwavering dedication and the profound impact she is making in their lives.
