The holiday season is about giving, gratitude, and community—and this year, 5th Squad is honored to be the official charity partner for The Westin Jackson’s 7th Annual Festival of Trees Kickoff Celebration, happening Sunday, December 7th.

Step into a winter wonderland filled with stunningly decorated Christmas trees, live holiday music, festive food and drinks, and plenty of photo opportunities with Santa himself! Families can visit Santa’s Workshop, where kids can enjoy cookies, sip hot cocoa, write letters to Santa, and decorate keepsake ornaments to take home. Even your four-legged family members are invited to join in the fun at Santa-Paws on the outdoor terrace—complete with treats and holiday cheer just for them.

This year’s Christmas Tree Lane, located in The Westin Jackson event space, will feature trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses and organizations—all to support Mississippi Veterans through 5th Squad’s mission of “Veterans Helping Veterans.”
