5th Squad will conduct an internal workday focused on completing a full inventory of all organizational assets, including merchandise, equipment, gear, and items of value. This effort ensures incoming and current leaders have direct visibility of what we own and how resources are positioned across the organization.

As 5th Squad continues to grow, accountability, continuity, and stewardship of resources are essential. While a formal inventory process has not been conducted in the past due to limited capacity, the organization now has the leadership depth and support necessary to execute this correctly and responsibly.

Primary participation is requested from the MS Vice President, Director of Logistics, Equipment and Vehicle Manager, Merchandise Coordinator, and Chief Operating Officer. All members are welcome to attend. This event is also highly recommended for prospects who want a deeper understanding of how 5th Squad operates behind the scenes.
